I'm a notoriously clumsy person, so it's hard to get all timings/invites
correct. In order to reduce maintenance and avoid mistakes from now on,
we'll do the following:
1) I'm not sending the text that's on the etherpad to the ML anymore,
people will have to connect to etherpad to see the agenda. You all are
free to modify the agenda, adding items of discussion and additional info.
2) I've sent 2 calendar invites to the ML, so you guys can add the
version of the meeting that suits you better:
*) Pacific Time edition (short PST)
*) China Time edition (short CST)
3) 10 minutes before the meeting starts approximately, I'll start a
hangout and share with you on Autotest's g+ community page *and* by email
4) Anyone will be able to join the Hangout On Air by opening the URL on
their browser, provided they have the gtalk plugin installed on their
browser (most of you should have it by now).
5) I'm deleting the upcoming events I created on g+, and we'll rely on
the calendaring events instead.
