I guess the best way to solve this is to make a new JeOS based on Fedora 21 and
add 'patch'.

I've added it to my list, hopefully I'll get it done by early next week
(optimistic estimation).

Cheers,

Lucas

Subject: Could we add 'patch' tool into JeOS?

Hi lucas,
When we ran load testing in the VM, such as using iozone,
the autotest will copy autotest.tar.bz2 into VM and extract
files from archive, and then run 'patch' command from
/usr/local/autotest/*.py to apply many patches, for load
testing, it means the 'patch' is necessary tool, of course,
the testers may install it by themselves, but it will kill
us many time about 7mins[1], it should be a question from
internal network to access public network, however, we can't
control this. So it will be convenient if we may directly
add 'patch' tool into JeOS, thanks.
