Workshop Overview:
The workshop is based on three design pillars, namely structure, culture and
systems, which are the foundational blocks for any organizational design
process. Then there are the execution skills, namely strategy, change
management, process design and project management fundamentals, which are the
skills needed for the people who will drive such design process.
The primary outcome of any organizational design process will be to create an
organizational system that provides the capacity to efficiently and effectively
enable its mission and sustains itself over a long term. A holistic methodology
is used and learners will use workplace examples to apply knowledge throughout
the work session.
