I'll be happy to take patches, but I don't have any interest in working on it TBH. While I'm sure the gnome docs guidelines will say documentation should be entirely self contained, you could write a book about what all the options exposed in virt-manager actually do. So to anyone that wants to work on this, I'd say try to find the right balance between explaining the UI and pointing to external sources for more details.
