The 4.0 release was in June, and there have not been very many changes since then, but there are a couple of significant ones
- Fix resizing of windows when using CSDs (relevant for Wayland) - Fix virt-viewer not exiting on broken connection to guest If we do a new release we can also pull in the nasty Win32 redraw bug that plagued 4.0. Of course we could do a new MSI build v4.1 as an alternative.
