I wouldn't enable it by default, it's like "make" vs "make -j5".
It takes some time to run the pylint and not everyone likes to
use all CPUs.
$ time ./setup.py pylint
real 2m35.323s
user 2m33.458s
sys 0m1.325s
$ time ./setup.py pylint -j9
real 1m3.551s
user 6m16.115s
sys 0m5.910s
