This is an initial tryout to introduce cloud-init configuration for cloud images in virt-install.
Currently only a password for default user and cloud-init disabling after first boot are set. This has been tested for Fedora 30 cloud image. For the time being, cloud image installation is triggered when requesting --install is_cloud=yes,no_install=yes I am working on adding a temp directory to store the created files needed and remove them after the config iso creation, and also to change the way the cloud installation is triggered, so it doesn't require the no_install parameter. This is work in progess, I am looking for feedback and comments on how to change/proceed with the implementation.
