The truth is, they haven't happened yet. There was focus on F14 as we moved towards release, and I have not had time to roll another F13 package specifically for this issue. I apologize, when I said next release, I didn't mean to imply that one was just around the corner. Now that F14 is shipped, I do plan an F13 update soon.
