I am curious about the same questions you have.

I notice that VirtualBox has an excellent manual that can be downloaded, 
and it has an F16-ready rpm package that you can download either 
directly or through Yum (just download and put the virtualbox.repo file 
in /etc/yum.repos.d first), and as an inexperienced virtual machine 
administrator, that appeals to me a lot!

I know the Fedora testers and documentation people are a lot fewer in 
number these days and it is hard for them to find the time to post "how 
to" documentation.
