I find it extremely useful for technical support - most of the time I only want to watch what the user is doing while we're talking on the phone, but sometimes taking control is necessary. I do this with the Java viewer because it can change the "view only" flag at runtime, but I'd rather do it with the native viewer. Hope this clarifies. -- Greetings, A.
