Hi, Just a quick FYI, if Mac OS X 10.7+'s Mission Control is configured with the default settings, you can use control-right-arrow and control-left-arrow to switch between your Mac desktop and your TurboVNC remote desktop (when running in fullscreen mode).
To change these keyboard-shortcuts, go to System Preferences, Keyboard, Keyboard Shortcuts, Mission Control, and look for "Move left a space" and "Move right a space". And if using a laptop, you can also use a 3-finger swipe to change desktops. See System Preferences, Trackpad, More Gestures, "Swipe between full-screen apps".
