All services except for our subversion repositories have been restored (although I am still seeing some residual flakiness with some of the download mirrors.)
This outage has highlighted the need for distributed source control, and despite my reservations about git, I've decided that the benefits of that system finally outweigh the pain of migrating to it. As soon as the subversion repositories come back online, I'll begin migrating them to GitHub, as well as tracking for new issues/feature requests (existing tracker items, as well as mailing lists and file releases, will remain on SourceForge.)
