With TurboVNC, no.  But you can use x11vnc to do this, or x0vncserver in
the RealVNC and TigerVNC distributions.  The best performing solution is
probably x0vncserver from TigerVNC, which you'll have to build from
source unless you're using Fedora 11.

The performance of x0vncserver or x11vnc will not be as good as what you
would achieve with a completely virtual VNC server.  Both x11vnc and
x0vncserver poll the root X server for changes, and this polling takes
up a lot of CPU time.
