You don't need a 64-bit package for TurboVNC.  The 32-bit package works
fine on 64-bit systems.  TurboVNC is based on an older code base
(TightVNC) which is not 64-bit clean.  I've tried on a couple of
occasions to clean it up, but it proved to be a non-trivial problem.
Future development efforts are being directed into the TigerVNC Project,
 which is 64-bit clean and is based on the newer Xorg code base, so
TurboVNC will be EOL'ed once TigerVNC is brought up to speed.
