Make sure you are using VGL 2.1.3 and following the instructions in the
user's guide for running VGL with VirtualBox:

Also, if you are using 180.xx or 185.xx of the NVIDIA drivers, upgrade
to 190.42 (which is now available on nvidia.com.)
