I'm trying to build TurboVNC 1.1.91 with libjpeg-turbo 1.2.90 on Linux using
non-standard installation paths.
Is FindTurboJPEG.cmake supposed to allow specifying a non-standard location of
libjpeg-turbo via environment variables?
It seems to only check CMake variables:
if (NOT TJPEG_INCLUDE_DIR)
rather than checking $ENV{TJPEG_INCLUDE_DIR}
