First I've heard of it. The latest I have installed is 12.04, though, so I'm downloading 12.10 and 13.04 and will give those a try. If there's an issue, then I definitely want to fix it, since the 1.2 release is imminent.
Almost all of the VGL/TurboVNC installations at large corporations and academia use RHEL 5 or 6, so sometimes issues slip by in the latest & greatest Ubuntu releases until someone reports them (as you just did) and I have a chance to test them personally.
