I always appreciate others chiming in, but I think you're introducing a red herring, Rafael. The OP said that it works under TurboVNC, which means that unless he specifically altered VGL_DISPLAY, his GPU is on :0.0. Otherwise, it wouldn't have worked in the TurboVNC case. Nowhere did he say he was running multiple GPUs.
