Kunal, Sorry I misunderstood your question, I've read it as 9 hours of query running after rdfs_rule_set(), not the deadly slow call of rdfs_rule_set() itself.
We haven't tried it with such big volumes of relations, our tests covered no more than 10 or 20 relations in a rule set. Can I get your live specimen data to test?
