Hi Julien,

The error does not look like a timeout, but rather a server crash ? Are you 
able to make a python , isql or other connection to the server at this point 
without restarting it ?

Please check the virtuoso.log file to see if any errors are being reported at 
this point.

What is the version and build date of Virtuoso being used ( virtuoso-t -?)

Also, I see you are loading using the rdf_loader_run() bulk loader function, 
thus I assume you have file to load listed in the load_list table, are any 
errors reported ( in the ll_error column) of this table loading any of the 
files ?
