Hi Harshal,
We do support the OGC geometry data types and functions for points,
linestrings, mulitipoints, mulitlinestrings, polygons, mulitploygons,
geometrycollections, box and we currently working on mapping these to the
GeoSPARQL namespaces as they are pretty much equivalent. You can see some live
sample queries for the geometries support at:

Note, you need to be using Virtuoso 7.1+ open source or commercial ...
