Hi Hugh,
  I modified the VirtuosoQueryExecution.java file.  That appears to remove the 
extra stuff being prepended to my query.  Now my queries return data.  I 
modified the second constructor to now read:

public VirtuosoQueryExecution (String query, VirtGraph graph)
{
  virt_graph = graph.getGraphName();
  //modified this line:
  virt_query = "sparql " + query;
  virt_url = graph.getGraphUrl();
  virt_pass = graph.getGraphPassword();
  virt_user = graph.getGraphUser();
}

Just to be clear, is there a 64 bit version of the JDBC drivers?  Is there 
something else I need to change in my code?
