It can be downloaded from:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/virtuoso/files/virtuoso/6.0.0/6.0.0/virtuoso-opensource-6.0.0.tar.gz/download
Which is visible when you select the "view all files" link on source forge. We
are in the process of making 6.0 the default presented rather then 5.x such
that you will see it by default, but this may take sometime to filter across
the source forge mirrors ...
