Hm... Look at this query results:

 OPTIONAL

  ?s <http://linkedgeodata.org/vocabulary#name> ?name
 }
}

Do you see "Москва" as name? I see some strange symbols despite I see
correct cyrillic symbols at your query results. Looks like LinkedGeoData
specific problem.
