Well then I guess it should be possible to make this kind of indexes with Virtuoso. I found what looks like a way to do it in the SQL docs[1]. I'm a bit unsure about how to apply the SQL methods described to RDF data though.

You can make magic/function predicates in Virtuoso that are usable in SPARQL query patterns. Think of these as your own extension mechanism.
