Hello Jamey,

Some "big" endpoints may use versions that are on their way to the
release, e.g., when the core functionality is ready to use but
administrative web pages and docs are still under construction.
http://dbpedia.org/sparql is a live specimen.
I can only suggest to wait a bit for the next release. CSV support is in
main executable, not in a VAD package or plugin, so there's no cheap way
to install it.
