Hi everyone,

I am using a pubmed endpoint: http://pubmed.bio2rdf.org/sparql to retrieve some information about journal papers. Any could point me to some documentation about this endpoint? I need to know what the namespaces are and what fields they use; for instance <http://bio2rdf.org/pubmed:JournalArticle> is a type that allows me to retrieve the id af all journals but I still need to retrieve the title, the authors, etc.

Any help will be really appreciate.

Go to: http://pubmed.bio2rdf.org/fct/

Type in a Journal Name, filter by Type or Attributes. Click on Entity1 for list, click to get Entity Description. Look at "Usage Statistics" and you will see Named Graph IRIs associated with Entity of interest etc.

Thanks,
