I wonder if the DBA has a dedicated cannal to connect to Virtuoso.
Indeed, DBA as the admin user of Virtuoso, it is the only one who
can run some commands (disconnect, backup ...) and if all threads
are used by other applications, it can't connect and run a request,
not privilege.
Is there a way to do to have a privileged admin user?
Currently we do not have such a dedicated channel, however i discussed
this internally and i have raised a feature request for this.
