Hi Alex,

What version of Virtuoso Open-source you are using? Also how much triples you 
have in RDF repository ?   
If you have not so big database you can drop RDF_QUAD_POGS index and re-create 
ditto RDF_QUAD_GS, then try to drop graph again.
