Hi Sashi, The error implies the server cannot connect back to itself which it attempts on start-up and is generally due to either a bad network configuration not enabling it to find a route back to itself or some firewalling that is preventing the return connection.
Can you please check that networking on the machine is confiugured correct and that “localhost” is an accessible hostname mapping to the expected 127.0.0.1 etc. Also, please provide a copy of your “virtuoso.ini” file ...
