When I run the statement below in an ISQL command prompt, I get as a result a
BLOB of 225899 chars.
SPARQL define output:format "NT" CONSTRUCT { ?s ?p ?o } FROM
<http://id.nlm.nih.gov/mesh/test> WHERE { ?s ?p ?o };
I'm not quite sure how to use string_to_file() with a query like this...
