Thank you Hugh.

I created a new build with the rdf mappers option. However, afterward
I went to "System Admin > Packages" and attempted to install the
mapper by selecting it and clicking the "install/upgrade" button. I
then received this error:

00000 Errors detected
00000 Installation of "RDF Mappers" was unsuccessful.
The installation of this VAD package has failed.
      Please delete the transaction file
/usr/local/var/lib/virtuoso-opensource-7/db//usr/local/var/lib/virtuoso-opensource-7/db/virtuoso.trx
and then restart your database server.
Note: Your database will be in its pre VAD installation state
after you restart.
00000 FATAL

I attempted to remove the two virtuoso.trx files and restarted the
database. I repeated the steps above and the same error occurs. In the
VAD directory are the following files, permissions, timestamps:

-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 7834406 Oct 6 21:08 conductor_dav.vad

-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 4106677 Oct 6 21:08 fct_dav.vad

-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 2797031 Oct 6 21:08 isparql_dav.vad

-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 4970226 Oct 6 21:08 rdf_mappers_dav.vad

I also attempted to remove the rdf-mappers vad from the conductor
admin interface by selecting it from the package list and clicking the
"remove" button, but it didn't do anything. I received a message like
"no packages are selected"

Appreciate any tips you have for this situation. I previously had
rdf-mappers installed (version 1.34.74) from a manual upload. This
appears to be causing the conflict yet I'm not sure how to address it?
Start over with a new server & build? Or does this seem like something
you've seen before?
