Hi Nauman,

Virtuoso has a user_drop() function as detailed at:

        http://docs.openlinksw.com/virtuoso/fn_user_drop/

Or you can delete them via the Conductor  “System Admin” -> “User Accounts” tab 
...

Note the special “dba” Administrative user account cannot be deleted ...
