No :-/ I extended the loop to 1000*10000 (alot of time i know) and even
tried to extend the reset-signal to 600 us, doesnt seem to help either.

Looking at the FAQ from mISDN i got some suggestion on what to check
next  (BIOS, Master DMA Slot, etc); its a rather old box, so i may also
check the cards in another box.
