Some incompatible changes have been committed, in particular:
- the clir_mode parameter in visdn.conf has different option names.
- The "o-" overlap-dialing extension has been removed in favor of a "hint"
priority.
All the extensions leading to Dial(VISDN/...) should have a hint priority
extension containing the interface name, so that vISDN will know in advance
if the extension does or does not support overlap dialing.
e.g.:
exten => _.,1,Dial(VISDN/visdn1.0/${EXTEN})
exten => _.,hint,VISDN/visdn1.0
