maybe checking the following points will help you:
are your isdn-cards configured correctly ? (default below
/usr/local/etc/visdn/...)
...some samples are inside the samples dir of the visdn-sources
are the visdn-modules loaded and configured correctly ? (e.g. with the
visdn-init script)
...or /usr/local/sbin/visdn_configurator
do the devices exists below /dev/visdn ?
are you running asterisk as root or as normal user ? - (maybe try running
asterisk as root first)
are the asterisk patches inside the samples dir applied to asterisk ?
if running asterisk as non-root are the permissions to the /dev/visdn-files
set correctly ?
