Hi there,
I am currently testing a 2-port hfc-4s card with asterisk 1.2.4 and isdn-devel-0.1-patch-662 driver in TE mode (P2P or P2MP) to an Australian ETSI basic rate isdn network. At power-up the link comes up and remains in activated state (F7). However on the first incoming call, it goes from F7 to F6 and finally to F3 (deactivated) state. No more incoming calls are possible until I make an outgoing call which then brings the link up again and remains up after that for subsequent calls. This behaviour is repeatable when I plug the isdn line into the second port on the card.

This is not a problem if the first call is an outgoing call or when I activate the line manually (by "echo activate >/sys/bus/pci/devices/0000:00:0a.0/st0/l1_state", for example) after it has been deactivated by the first incoming call.

Does anyone have had this experience with the hfc-4s driver?

Cheers,
Stephen Yong
