Hi,

i'm (trying) to set up an asterisk system (trixbox) using vISDN and I have a problem with calls to/from my internal isdn phones.

I have two HFC-S PCI cards in my system.
visdn0 is the "external" (i.e. connected to the ISDN network) card
and
visdn1 is the "internal" (in NT mode) card connected to my ISDN phone(s) (in this case a Siemens Gigaset SX255 isdn DECT base)

The problem is that calls to or from visdn1 (regardles if they are from/to a SIP phone or the other ISDN channel) get disconnected after some arbitrary time (sometimes 5 minutes, sometimes 40 minutes).

When this happens i get the following in the asterisk log:

Sep 22 21:52:06 ERROR[5999] libq931: visdn1:CALL[98.O]: connect: Connection reset by peer
Sep 22 21:52:06 VERBOSE[5999] logger.c: -- set timeout = 2000
Sep 22 21:52:06 VERBOSE[5999] logger.c: -- set timeout = -1
Sep 22 21:52:06 VERBOSE[5999] logger.c: -- visdn_q931_disconnect_channel
Sep 22 21:52:06 VERBOSE[5999] logger.c: -- visdn_q931_release_indication
Sep 22 21:52:06 VERBOSE[5999] logger.c: -- set timeout = -1
Sep 22 21:52:06 DEBUG[12181] channel.c: Didn't get a frame from channel: VISDN/visdn1/98.O Sep 22 21:52:06 DEBUG[12181] channel.c: Bridge stops bridging channels SIP/1001-08fd37f0 and VISDN/visdn1/98.O

(You can find the complete call log here: http://ds.upcd.de/~upetri/misc/asterisk_log_up.txt)

I'm using the following versions:
Trixbox 1.2
Kernel 2.6.9-42.0.2.ELsmp (CentOS)
Asterisk SVN-branch-1.2-r43314M (compiled myself)
vISDN 0.16.1 (i also tried snapshot 2006-09-22 - same behavior)

ISDN-Cards:
NoName HFC-S A PCI Cards

I've been wrestling with this system since 5 days (not vISDN related) and I'm quite honestly at my wits end as to what could be causing this now. So - please help ;)

Ulrich
