visdn YUP! download from CVS, apply my patch, pray, patch asterisk, compile asterisk, configure by hands visdn, all working ok, but some core-dump and a lot of problems. misdn? this is the setup sequence: debian sid, 2.6.18 (-4) up and running, asterisk 1.2.14 install linux-headers-misdn install linux-headers-2.6.18-4 get and unpack http://www.misdn.org/downloads/mISDN.tar.gz http://www.misdn.org/downloads/mISDNuser.tar.gz http://www.beronet.com/downloads/chan_misdn/stable/chan_misdn.tar.gz compile mISDNuser and install compile mISDN and install at this point mISDN is working. (misdn-init scan and misdn-init config do the first configuration, some parameter must be changed). i think some package (asterisk-dev and others) is needed but there is a simple debian solution... :-) apt-get source asterisk-chan-misdn apt-get build-dep asterisk-chan-misdn forget this source... .. and take the chan_misdn downloaded from beronet make and install it configure misdn.conf and fly >> Sven > Do you have a sample config? > Does it do NT mode? > Very much interested in a stable Asterisk, one way or another! Yes, NT and TE ptp ptmp, tested working. Bye!
