I posted a patch for the newer version lately, but it does not contain any functional patches, only the ones making visdn compile on newer kernels. Massimo's patch never worked on my system, so I don't use it. But the old branch only had updates for vgsm for a long time - and it seems that nearly nobody uses vgsm...
