Dear visdn hackers,

I want to use a vGSM-II card to establish a call and play a wav file for later
calculating of voice quality.
I already etsablished a call using minicom and AT commands and set the card in
the correct mode. I also successfully opended a pipe to ks_userport for writing
data into it. To read the wav file I want to use the libsndfile. The code I
wrote so far is almost working but the sound quality is realy bad.
Having a look at the function vgsm_write in vgsm_chan.c I figured out, there is
a pressure parameter. I'm currently struggling with writing the sound data with
the correct 'pressure' into the pipe because I'm not able to calculate this
parameter. I'm not able to use the function used in vgsm_write because I'm
working without a channel. Because of this I want to read the pressure
parameter directly out of the me device.

Can you give me a hint to solve my problem or am I running totally in the wrong
direction?
I only need a small executable which streams a wav file to the card.

Important is, I don't want to use Asterisk.

Kind regards

Ricardo Grywnow
