hello there.
I can't set prop-revprop-change hook for some reason to change log
property.
What I did is to right click my repo and go to Hooks, then I added
this code:

The message I get is always that there is no hook. I can see that
VisualSVN created .CMD file with above content.
Does anybody knows why it doesn't work ?
