Well, I did manage to get it running. Somehow, the problem is that all those dll's aren't registered in windows. In order to get it to work, I did the quick and dirty trick of copying all the misssing dll's to c:\windows\system32.... I know i should be a bit embarrased to admit I did that, but it worked ;-)
The dll's are located somewhere under the VisualSVN directory.
