Package Load Failure

Hi,

I'm trying to register VisualSVN after a trial period. When I launch
VS2008 I get the error: "Package Load Failure: Package 'VisualSVN' has
failed to load properly ... Would you like to disable loading this
package in the future?" VS then stalls. There is an otuput message
from VisualSVN which says the evaluation period has expired. But the
VisualSVN menu is disabled, and there is no VisualSVN | Register
option. I have a licence key, but no means of entering it. Any advice
much appreciated.
