Additional Licenses

I am a little confused by the licensing. I bought three licenses a
couple of months ago, but now we have hired another programmer and
need one additional license. Reading your website gives the impression
that if I buy just one more license, I will receive a license key that
will reset the server back to just one licensed user??? Hopefully this
is just wrong. Please advise.
