We cannot connect through Tortoise either - same logins and message as you'll see in the screen shots I am sending un a separate email.
More background: I have SVN/SVN Server/Apache installed on a Win2003 machine and we are all attempting access it over our internal network. I suppose this could be a ports issue, but whether I try to connect to port 80 or 8443 through VisualSVN there no success.
