Could you please tell us what version of the VisualSVN Server do you use? Could you please send us the reproduction script (step by step) with an example of the repository structure? Could you please send us the VisualSVN Server logs? VisualSVN Server writes log to the Windows Event Log. You could find VisualSVN Server logs in the Application category in the Event Viewer. Please pay attention that earlier versions of VisualSVN Server (before 1.6) write log to file C:\Repositories\server.log. Please don't hesitate to ask any further assistance.
