Could you please also send us the VisualSVN Server logs? VisualSVN Server writes log to the Windows Event Log. You could find VisualSVN Server logs in the Application category in the Event Viewer.
Please pay attention that earlier versions of VisualSVN Server (before 1.6) write log to file C:\Repositories\server.log.
