Hi Paul! >Can we install VisualSVN alongside this old server? Does any special installation steps needed?
To use your existing Subversion repositories with VisualSVN Server you should import them using Repositories | All Tasks | Import Existing Repository... command in VisualSVN Server Manager or simply copy repository to the C:\Repositories folder. Please consider our Knowledge Base article "Importing Repositories into VisualSVN Server": http://www.visualsvn.com/support/topic/00010/. >Will VisualSVN automatically upgrade the repositories to the new format, when they are added ti VisualSVN? No, it will not. To upgrade please select "All Tasks->Upgrade repositories format" in VisualSVN Server Manager context menu for "Repositories" node. The upgrade operation is irreversible.
