Yes I used the VisualSVN Server Manager. I used "Properties" option in the menu shown in this picture (http://www.visualsvn.com/server/doc/ server-config/figures/server-repos-menu.PNG). I get a slightly different menu as I have installed version 1.6.3 of the server.
